Alicia Malone

Alicia completed the FilmStruck hiring process in 2015. Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's introductions were recorded by Malone to help her practice speaking them out loud in front of cameras prior to her TCM broadcast channel hosting audition. She appeared in an audition for the Turner Classic Movies presenting position in 2017, and the channel was hired on January 1st of the following year. Malone discussed the struggles women have to face in the field of film in two distinct TEDx speech.
